03. 22.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the
State.

 The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.189 of 201
5 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh registered under Sections 498-A/294/323/506/34, I.P
.C.

 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the marriage
 of the informant with petitioner no.3 was solemnized seven years back and a false allegation
has been made by the informant wife. Petitioner nos.1 and 2 are parents-in-law and petitioner
no.3 is the husband of the informant.

 Considering the submissions and the specific allegation made i
n the F.I.R. against petitioner no.3, it is directed that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 on surren
der before the learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh in C.T. Case No.189 of 2015 shall be released on bail
 by executing bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with one surety for the like amou
nt to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall appear before the
Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

So far as petitioner no.3, Sanji @ Sanjib Biswal, is concerned , the bail application stands rejected.

 However, petitioner no.3 is at liberty to surrender before the
 learned courts below and moving application for bail, the learned courts below would do well
to dispose of the same in accordance with law in course of the day.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
