03. 22.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the S
tate.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1363 of 2
015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda registered under Sections 498-A/323/294/506/34, I.
P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant
wife has already left her matrimonial house and the dowry articles have also been seized by t
he police.

Considering the specific allegation made in the F.I.R., while
rejecting the application for anticipatory bail, it is directed that the petitioner on surrend
er before the learned courts below and moving application for bail, the learned courts below w
ould do well to dispose of the same according to law in course of the day keeping in view the
parity, if any, of the present petitioner with the co-accused persons said to have been releas
ed on bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
