This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.1990 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Bhubaneswar registered under Sections 420/468/ 467/471/120-B/506/294/34, I.P.C.
The case arose out of a complaint petition filed by the three complainants alleging that
the petitioners are their coparceners and they have sold away their property without there be
ing partition between the family members and have fraudulently misappropriated the money. The
entire allegations as narrated in the complaint petitions appear to be civil in nature.
Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners on su
rrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.1990 of 2015 shall be release
d on bail by executing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety for t
he like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall appear
before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
