tate.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.478 of 20
15 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh registered under Sections 498-A/323/294, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is abso
lutely no allegation for demand of dowry in the F.I.R. and the allegation of abuse and assault
are omnibus in nature.
Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is direc
ted that the petitioner, who happens to be the mother-in-law of the informant, on surrender be
fore the learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh in G.R. Case No.478 of 2015 shall be released on bail by
executing bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the like amount to th
e satisfaction of the said court.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
