21.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.160 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Kamakhyanagar registered under Sections 420/294/506, I.P.C.
It has been alleged that the petitioners marriage was fixed with the sister of the infor
mant and the informant had given Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) to the petitioner towards
dress but the petitioner fled away and refused to marry and to refund the amount.
Considering the alleged nature of offences and circumstances, it is directed that the pe
titioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Kamakhyanagar in G.R. Case No.160 of 2015 s
hall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousand) with one su
rety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that he shal
l appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigatio
n.
