Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.402 of 2015 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.,
Aul registered under Sections 341/323/294/379/354/506/34, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are the parents-in-law of the inf
ormant, who has lodged the F.I.R. alleging assault and the misbehaviour.
It is further submitted that one of the co-accused, namely, Susanta Thatoi, who assaulte
d and abused the informant, has since been released on bail by the learned court below.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the
petitioners on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Aul in G.R. Case No.402 of 2015 shall be
released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one surety f
or the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
