15.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is submitted that ABLAPL No. 17772 of 2015 was disposed of by order dated 09.12.2
015. But, inadvertently the name of the Court has been wrongly mentioned as learned S.D.J.M.,
Berhampur instead of J.M.F.C.,Patrapur since same mistakes appeared in the cause title of the
bail application. Hence, necessary correction has been prayed for.
Considering the submissions, the petition is allowed. Correction be made mentioning th
e J.M.F.C.,Patrapur instead of S.D.J.M., Berhampur in paragraph nos.2 and 4 of the said order,
rest part of the order remaining the same.
Misc. Case is accordingly disposed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in respe
ct of name of the Court in the cause title of the bail application.
