Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegat
ions against the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by t
he Arresting Officer, in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just
and proper, in connection with Chandrasekharpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2015 corresponding to C.T
. Case No.4222 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
