titioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
 This is an application U/S. 438 Cr. P.C.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, sequence of events and ci
rcumstances involved, it is directed that each the petitioners shall be released on bail in th
e event of their arrest by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just a
nd proper in connection with Bamunigam P.S. Case No.107 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.
107 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Daringbadi, Dist. Kandhamal includin
g the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer once in a f
ortnight till submission of the Final Form and they shall not induce threat of course the info
rmant in any manner during the currency of this order.

 The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
