Taking into consideration the facts and submissions and the nature of offences
, the bail application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner, if so advised,
may surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Angul in 2(b) C.C. No.14 of 2008/C.T. Case No.388
of 2008 within four weeks from today. In the event of his surrender and motion for bail, he sh
all be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
