This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegat
ions against the petitioners, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on
bail by the Arresting Officer, in the event of their arrest, on such terms and conditions as
deemed just and proper, in connection with Boipariguda P.S. Case No. 122 of 2015 corresponding
to G.R. Case No.914 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
