09.09.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate.
 It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no case has been register
ed under the complaint made by the informant, but the complaint is made for commission of offe
nces under Section 498-A of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is urged
 by the learned Addl. Government Advocate that the application for anticipatory bail has becom
e infructuous and is liable to be dismissed.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has been summoned by the I.
I.C., Berhampur Mahila P.S. to appear on 18.01.2015. The I.I.C., Mahila Police Station has rep
orted that the complainant has reported at Mahila P.S. on 03.01.2015 and notice has been sent
to the petitioner on 09.01.2015. From the aforesaid circumstances, there is no apprehension on
 the part of the petitioner of being arrested at the hands of the police. Keeping in view the
aforesaid consideration, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of as infructuous.
 However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application for antici
patory bail on any future date if any F.I.R. is lodged against him.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
