04.9.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate for t
he State.

2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections
493/417/506/323/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No.766/2015 of the court of learned S.D.J.M., Su
ndargarh arising out of Talsara P.S. Case No.86/2015.
3. Offence under Section 493 of the I.P.C. is not made out against the present petitioners.
 Such an offence is made out against their son-Bijay Lakra. Against the present petitioners,
at best offences under Sections 506/323 of the I.P.C. are made out, which are punishable with
maximum imprisonment for seven years or less.
4. Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, nature of the allegations made and the fact
s of the case, application for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the pet
itioners in the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on suc
h terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by him.
 The ABLAPL is disposed of.
