 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Couns

 The petitioner prays to extend the time stipulated in the order dated 04.09.20
15 in ABLAPL No.11164/2015 to surrender before the court below. They also pray that a directio
n be given to them to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangir
i.

 The application is allowed. The petitioner is given liberty to surrender befor
e the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri in G.R. Case No.46 of 2013, arising
 out of MV 79 P.S. Case No.13 of 2013 within fifteen working days hence in terms of the afores
aid order and move for bail. On such event, the learned Judge shall consider his application a
nd dispose of the same on the same day strictly on merit. This order shall be read as a part o
f the order dated 04.09.2015.

 The Misc. Case is disposed of accordingly.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
