ng Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 465 and 420 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.480 of 2015 of the court of learned S.D.J.
M., Bolangir, arising out of Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.218 of 2015.
The alleged occurrence took place on 11.08.1980, the petitioner entered into s
ervice as a Messenger (Class-IV) in the office of the General Manager, District Industries Cen
tre, Bolangir. It is stated that he made a wrong representation and accordingly his date of bi
rth is reflected in the service book to be 02.11.1958 but later on it was found out that his d
ate of birth is 02.11.1953, hence FIR was filed against him on 7.7.2015. In the meantime, the
petitioner has been terminated on this ground.
Keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances and the maximum sentence prescribe
d for the offences alleged and the fact that the petitioner is permanent resident of Loisingha
, PO/PS.Loisingha, Dist. Bolangir, there is no chance of his absconding from justice, applicat
ion for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesai
d case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as
deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
