27.8.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate for
the State.
2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/323/294/494/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act in G.R. Case No.1063/2015 of the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda arising out of Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No.198/ 2015.
3. Keeping in view the nature of the allegations made and the facts of the case, applicati on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesai d case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions a s deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
