01.09.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government
Advocate.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 294, 420 and 506/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.156/2015 of the court of learned
JMFC, Ranpur, arising out of Ranpur P.S. Case No.157/2015.
It appears that there is a civil dispute between the parties. The offence unde
r Section 420 IPC is not made out. The offence under Section 294 IPC is bailable in nature. Of
fence under Section 506 IPC is punishable with maximum imprisonment for seven years.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, anticipat
ory bail application is allowed. In the event of their arrest in the aforesaid case, the petit
ioners shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as deem
ed just and proper by him.
