ORDER
- Ms. Mamta Sharma filed the present application under Section 18(1) read with Sections 14 and15 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 seeking directions to the respondent authorities to take remedial action for solving the overall issues of drainage and solid waste management in village Arrana, Tehsil-Khair, District-Aligarh and to direct the respondents to stop the discharge of drain water into Gata No. 38 and to restore the above said Gata to its original position.
