The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against

the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that an FIR has been registered as against the petitioner in Cr.No.141 of 2026 on the file of Kulasekharam Police Station on 16.07.2026 for the alleged offence under Sections 336(2), 336(3), 318(4), 340(2) of BNS.

3.In view of registration of the FIR, the respondents are directed to strictly adhere to the provisions of BNSS in conducting the enquiry. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
