The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.13130 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024 wherein this Court has directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was waiting for the outcome of the departmental proceedings and therefore, he could not surrender within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons, time is extended till 31.07.2026 to surrender before the concerned Court. It is made clear that no further extention of time would be granted.

4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
