The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the police is not able to progress with the investigation since the victim, who is a student attempted to commit suicide, was

admitted in the AIMS Hospital, Delhi, and he is in coma for the past 3 months from the date of attempt to commit suicide.

The learner counsel for the petitioners submitted that there was no instigation nither on the part of the Institution nor on the part of any of the staff members/students to commit suicide. It was only because he was identified having used chat GPT at the time of examination. For which, he had also given a apology letter. Later, he had attempted to commit suicide by

pouncing upon from the 3^rd floor of the hostel, for which, the management cannot be held responsible and sought the indulgence of this Court.

Considering the nature of the facts involved, the respondent police is directed not to file final report till the disposal of this petition.

The learned counsel for the second respondent sought short pass over and the learned

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) sought time for filing counter for the reason that the student is still in coma.
