PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Court for the Exclusive trial of PCR Act Cases, Trichy to pass order on the bail petition filed by the petitioner on the same day of surrender in crime no.113 of 2026 on the file of the 1^st respondent police.

The present petition has been filed by the first accused in Crime No.113 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.

Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, I Additional District and Sessions Court for the Exclusive trial of PCR Act Cases, Trichy , on or before 24.07.2026 and the learned Trial Court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner in Crime No.113 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police and accept his surrender on the same day, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
