The present petition has been filed by the accused in STC No.902

¶21

of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thoothukudi seeking to recall the Non Bailable warrant issued against him on 12.06.2026.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the

sole accused's mother is a Dialysis patient and therefore, the petitioner could not appear on the relevant date.

3.Considering the above facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thoothukudi to recall the NBW issued by the Court on 12.06.2026. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Court on or before 20.07.2026 and directed to co-operate for the trial. It is made clear that no further intelligence would be shown to be petitioner.
