The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction as against the first respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the first complaint lodged as against the petitioner herein was closed pursuant to the orders of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17572 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025. Thereafter, the second complaint has been launched before the same authority and hence, he filed this petition.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, the first complaint was closed based upon a compromise between the parties, under which the cheque was issued by the petitioner and the same was dishonored and therefore, the complaint was revived by the second respondent.

4.In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week after strictly following the due process of law.
