By relying on family arrangement dated 08.12.1999 and joint Patta No.3754, the petitioner had applied for the survey of land in Survey Nos.635/3 and 635/4. The present writ petition relates thereto.

Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He points out that there are a number of joint pattadhars under Patta Nos.3754 and 4766. After conducting an inquiry, he submits that an order would be issued.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the

Tahsildar to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's application for survey after issuing notice to all the pattadhars under Patta Nos.3754 and 4766. Notice should also be issued to owners of adjoining lands. A speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
