By relying on partition deed executed in the year 1984, the petitioner had made a representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking cancellation/rectification of the patta issued to the respondents 4 to 6 herein. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks early disposal of such representation.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.
