ORDER
By asserting that the petitioner has been in possession for a long period in natham S.No.588/3 of an extent of 1.52 ares, the petitioner had applied for a survey.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to patta No.22 in the name of the petitioner in respect of 1.52 ares in S.No.588/3.
3.Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application for survey within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is
no rival title claim. In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey and complete the entire process within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands and considering objections if any, from them. No costs.
