After filing an appeal before the first respondent, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof.

2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. He submits that the petitioner's request would be disposed of on merits within three months.

3.In view of the limited relief claimed, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the 2^nd and 3^rd respondents herein. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein. No costs.
