This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court dated 12.03.2025 passed in WMP(MD)No.2727 of 2025 in WP(MD)No.27876 of 2024 has not been complied with.

2.Pursuant to the statutory notice, the contemnor is present before this court. The contemnor has produced the cheque for a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards the wages in terms of Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act. The contemnor also states that the balance arrears of wages would be paid in six equal monthly installments and the wages would be paid regularly.
