This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.7388 of 2021 order dated 27.01.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The petitioner, the wife of one Annadurai has lodged a complaint as against her husband that he has committed an offence of bigamy and also filed a writ petition before this Court in WP(MD) No.7388 of 2021, seeking a Mandamus to the Chief Secretary and Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, to take disciplinary action as against her husband, in the light of the judgment in WP.No.16082 of 2014, dated 23.07.2019.

3.This Court, by its order, dated has disposed of that writ petition with a direction to the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation authorities, Kumbakonam, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.03.2021, in accordance
