This writ petition has been filed by the Establishment as against the order dated 24.01.2020, in and by which, the respondent levied damage under Section 14B of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 and consequential interest under Section 7Q of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952.

When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that pending this writ petition, the damage as well as the interest amount as ordered under Sections 14B and 7Q of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act have been settled and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
