Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to make arrangements by reopening the respondent Seetha Kingston Matriculation Higher Secondary School, 768, Poonamallee High Rd, Telecom Quarters, Kilpauk, Chennai, 600 010 and function in atleast 6 grounds in the same premises in order to ensure that the eduction of the children studying in the respondent Seetha Kingston Matriculation Higher Secondary School is continued without any interruption by making effective arrangements for the year 2020-2021 onwards and classes are conducted as per the directions of the Government of Tamil Nadu giving concession to the students for the lapse of classes due to the lock and seal of the respondent Seetha Kingston Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
