Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the letter of the 1^st respondent in proceedings No.2965/2015/LBS/KM dated 15.04.2015 so as to quash the same and directing the 1^st respondent to conduct investigation into the offences under Prevention of Corruption Act indulged by the respondents 2 to 6 wherein the respondents 2, 3, 4 and 5 could abuse their official position so as to benefit the 6^th respondent herein.
