O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to
ensure the allocation of right to perform Pooja to the petitioner for the allotted period from Markazhi to Panguni (Vihari year) in the Sorakaimalai Arulmigu Vetraya Perumal Thirukovil, situated at Kuttapatty Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District.
2. When the Writ Petition came up for admission, this Court
directed the first respondent to conduct an enquiry to ensure implementation of the earlier orders of the Civil Court.

3. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the
learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent on written instructions submitted that as per the the direction of this Court, the first respondent conducted enquiry, wherein the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5 had participated and the third respondent reported dead.
4. During the enquiry conducted by the first respondent, an agreement was reached to perform pooja during the time slot allotted to the petitioner. Recording the same, the petitioner and trustees were allowed to perform pooja during the time slot allotted to the petitioner. The petitioner in this Writ Petition sought a direction to ensure performance of pooja by him during the period from Markazhi to Panguni (Vihari year). The said period was already over.
5. In such circumstances, the statement made by the learned
Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent is recorded and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as no further directions are required.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No
costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
