2. Mr.A.Immanuel, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would
submit that the managing partner of the appellant is no more and no one else is interested in prosecuting the matter.
3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
