TERMS OF SETTLEMENT

The Appellant preferred the Appeal as against the award passed in MCOP.No.580 of 2015 dated 25.06.2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court (MCOP) at Coimbatore.

Today, 14.10.2023, the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal filed by him. Further, the Appellant already deposited the 50% of the award amount including interest. Now, he is ready to deposit the entire amount before the Trial Court. Also, he made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

In view of the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
