2.The writ petition is filed by the petitioner to consider his representation dated 07.09.2022. According to the petitioner, he joined B.Sc., (Multimedia) in the respondent University during the academic year 2016-2017 and completed the course during the academic year 2018-2019. So far, the petitioner has been issued with only two mark

sheets of 1

sheets of 1^st and 2^nd year, however, he has not been issued with the 3^rd year mark list and even the provisional by the respondent university. Despite several representations, the same has not been considered by the respondents so far, accordingly, seeks for a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2022.

4.Considering the above facts of the case, the respondent university is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
