The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Prohibition prohibiting the 1^st respondent in proceeding with A.R.C.No.834 of 2014 pending on his file in so far as the 6^th respondent and also on the properties concerned on the subject matter of A.R.C.No.834 of 2014.

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the petitioner on record would submit that they have already given change of vakalath long back and returned the bundles to the petitioner. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
