praying for the issuance of writs of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent pertaining to the demand notice dated 25/10/2003 having reference No.SE/UEDC/UDT/AO/R/HT/AS/A3/F.HTSC.230 and 238/C.50156/2003 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently, forbear the respondents from including charges paid by the petitioner to the IPP for the purpose of arriving at the Current Consumption Deposit under clause 15.05 of the terms and conditions of electricity supply.
