This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 6 to 8 as legal representatives deceased fifth respondent in W.P.No.25788 of 2018.
- Having regard to the fact that impleading of the proposed respondents 6 to 8 as legal representatives deceased fifth respondent in the writ petition is proper and necessary for effective adjudication of the Writ Petition, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.
- The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition. Post the Writ petition on 06.01.2023.
