(ii)to vacate the interim injunction ordered by the Honourable High Court in WPMP.No.14484 of 2006 in WP.No.12893 of 2006 dated 28.4.2006(in WVMP.No.381/2007)pending disposal of the above WP.No.12893/2006.

' Ms.Durga, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for writ petitioners and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned State counsel for both respondents are before this Virtual Court.
2. Learned counsel on both sides request for adjournment stating that time is required for them to prepare for advancing final hearing arguments if it becomes necessary.
