Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent University in its agenda dated 12.9.2008 for the syndicate meeting to be held on 16.9.2008 and the minutes of the meeting of the Syndicate of the 1st respondent University dated 16.9.2008, in so far as it relates to re-fixing the date of absorption of the writ petitioner as 1.4.1997 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent University to re-fix the date of absorption of the writ petitioner in the Department of Adult & Continuing Education in the 1st respondent University, as 5.8.1989.
