Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 6.10.2008 in GDC No.E25931/2006 issued by the 1st Respondent thereby reverting the petitioner from that of Tax Assessor to Licence Inspector and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner in the post of Tax Assessor and to regularize the promotion so far as petitioner is concerned.
