of Police through Women police served the order and the learned Government Advocate made a submission that the petitioner has expressed that, she is not interested in continuing the litigation as the issues were already resolved. Even otherwise, the telephone tapping in the present case was done for conducting an effective investigation regarding the offense and the third respondent BSNL and the second respondent Vodafone India limited also made a submission that, pursuant to the official instructions, the details of the conversations were provided to the police for the purpose of investigation and therefore, they have not acted in contravention to the law.
