When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, this Court vide order dated 09.08.2018, directed the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's tender applications along with Demand Drafts and the same was complied with by the respondents 2 and 3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petitions have become infructuous.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner acceded the submission made by the learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
