Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, prayed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to communication bearing No.BU/CCII/MoU Renewal/NIFT-TEA/2018 dated 09.10.2018 on the files of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to accord permission to the petitioner to admit/enroll students for MBA (Apparel Business – AB) course from the academic year 2018-2019 and onwards.
