Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the appellants, submitted that the sole respondent had died on 25.10.2010 itself, i.e., even before filing of the Writ Appeal.
2.However, the appellants have not taken any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, till date. Under the circumstances, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
