Ms. N.R.Jasmine Padma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant had died on 17.05.2021 and that no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant, hence, the Writ Appeals may be dismissed as abated.
