Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or orders or directions in the nature of writ, dircting the respondent to pay 18 percentage interest for belated payment of terminal benefits of P.F Gratuity and Unavailed Leave Salary payable to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e. 30.04.2019 to till the date of actual payment made to him i.e 22.01.2021 and all other attendant benefits tohim within the stipulated peroid and to pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in this facts and circumstance of the case and thus render justice.
