This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for wilfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1398 of 2020 dated 24.01.2020.

2.When this Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1398 of 2020 dated 24.01.2020 has been complied with and he has also produced the compliance report before this Court.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, since the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
